Policy, Terms and Conditions
By booking with Kadisha/@deeshdiidthat, you are abiding by the policy, terms and conditions stated below. If you have any questions, please email kadishatautuaa@gmail.com for further assistance.
Booking
To secure a date, bookings will need to be made through Calendly.com/BeatByDeesh, followed by a retainer fee sent in to any of my cash handling accounts (Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle). If no retainer fee is sent in with the booking appointment, the date is not secured. Please note that in the event of cancellation of appointment, the retainer is non-refundable.
All appointments must be made no later than 48hrs ahead of requested date. The Calendly booking site will prohibit you from requesting it. If it is an urgent matter please email kadishatautuaa@gmail,com with the subject line reading "Urgent Booking Inquiry to Kadisha".
Payment
Retainer fee is required at the time of booking (30%) . Remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.
Payments to Cash Handling Accounts
Cash is preferred, however payment to any of the following is accepted,

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for 50% of the due balance. Retainer is non-refundable as well.
Travel Fee
A travel fee will be applied if the service location is over 10 miles. After 10miles, the fee is 2$ per mile round trip. After you book through Calendly, travel fee will be determined based on the address/location you provide. You will receive an email from me going over the full balance for the service with the travel fee included if needed.
To evade the travel fee it is suggested the client find a location within 10miles from the 92780 area code where the service can be hosted at. As long as the location meets the service location requirements, it will suffice.
For events that require over 2 hours of travel time one way, it is required that the client secure a hotel room
for the artist at the client’s expense. For any travel out of state, travel expenses (plane + hotel + transportation) will need to be secured at the client's expense as well.
Service Location & Requirements
Location of appointment will be made at the discretion of the client however there are a few requirements that client should be aware of: An area will need to be made clear for the artist to set up their chair, kit and a nearby outlet for their light. If possible, an area with natural lighting (window) is preferred.
Please be mindful of your artist(s) and provide nearby parking if possible. We travel with 30lbs+ of equipment, so nearby parking will allow for easier arrival and departure. Any tolls, parking permits or fees will be applied to the final balance of service.
Liability
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Kadisha Tautuaa, its owners, and all employees and agents from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
